Notice of Election
The election for the Okanogan Conservation District Board of Supervisors will be held on March 1, 2012 between the hours of 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM at the poll site: USDA Service Center, 1251 2nd Ave S., Okanogan, WA 98840.
All qualified electors occupying land within the Okanogan Conservation District boundary are eligible to vote.
The purpose of the election is to elect a volunteer supervisor of the Okanogan Conservation District, for a three year term, who is qualified elector within the Okanogan Conservation District boundary. This position serves without compensation.
Potential candidates may request the candidate nominating petition from the Okanogan Conservation District. The candidate nominating petition must be returned to the Okanogan Conservation District by 4:30 PM on January 30, 2012.
Absentee ballots may be requested from the Okanogan conservation District until 4:30 PM on January 30, 2012 and must be returned to the Okanogan Conservation District by 3:30 PM on March 1, 2012 or at the poll site, USDA Service Center, during the open poll hours listed above.
