1. PHOTO – Find your favorite, clear color photograph or unedited digital image on a disk, of your little one.
2. FORM – Fill out the order form published in The Chronicle, making sure it is signed and includes a phone number for any clarifications.
3. FEE – $25 for one baby, $20 for twins. Triplets (and more) are FREE to local families.
OR 4. SUBMIT ONLINE – Fill out the form to the right and submit your photo by e-mail to admanager@omakchronicle.com. Payment can be made by calling our office at (509) 826-1110 or 1 (800) 572-3446 with Visa or Mastercard.
