Voter registration can be done at the Okanogan County Auditor's Office on the first floor of the county courthouse in Okanogan, phone 422-7240.
People also have the option of registering to vote when they renew their driver's license or get their first Washington license.
New voters can register by mail through the auditor's office.
There are several other areas where registration forms are available, including post offices, libraries, city halls and schools.

Mail
New residents who live inside city limits likely will have to get a post office box if they want to receive mail.
Home delivery generally is limited to city residents who live on a rural route and a minimum distance from the town post office.
New residents who don't meet these criteria and don't want to pay box rental fees can receive mail permanently at General Delivery.
