Formed to undertake stream restoration projects, collect and analyze scientific data, and coordinate educational efforts related to salmon and other endangered or threatened species of fish.      • Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board. A standing committee of the North Central Washington Resource Conservation and Development Council. Recovery board is responsible, under the Governor's Salmon Recovery Office, for writing plans for recovery of endangered spring run Chinook, endangered steelhead and threatened bull trout listed under the federal Endangered Species Act.
