Newsome sentence suspended

Larry E. Newsome pleaded guilty Aug. 21 to the amended charge of unlawful issuance of a bank check.

Newsome was sentenced to 364 days with 337 days suspended for two years and given credit for 27 days already served.

Buchholz sentenced

Cynthia Aron Buchholz, 21, Chico, Calif., pleaded guilty Aug. 21 to third-degree assault.

Buchholz, who committed the crime march 15, was sentenced to 38 days.

Dismissed was obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Campbell sentenced

Kyle Lloyd Campbell, 25, pleaded guilty Aug. 21 to first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Campbell, who committed the crime April 23, was sentenced to 13 months.

In a second case, Campbell pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Campbell, who committed the crimes May 25, was sentenced to 15 months.

Rios dismissal

The state filed Aug. 19 to dismiss its case with prejudice against Flavio Trejo Rios, Brewster.

Lezard charged

Faith Ann Lezard, 19, was charged Aug. 22 with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft, which allegedly occurred July 24.

Jamie charged

Tara Marie Jamie, 21, was charged Aug. 22 with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft, which allegedly occurred July 24.

Allie charged

Joshua Wayne Allie, 34, was charged Aug. 22 with residential burglary and third-degree theft, which allegedly occurred Aug. 16.

Baillie charged

Melanie Leigh Baillie, 37, was charged Aug. 22 with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft, which allegedly occurred Aug. 20.
