WINTHROP The Methow Conservancy has two new board members, Ashley Lodato and Stephanie Stewart.
Lodato and Stewart can each serve a maximum term of six years, according to the conservancy’s November newsletter. They will help fill the gap left by former board members Kevin van Bueren, Beth Sinclair and John Sinclair.
The non-profit organization set the term limit “so that our organization remains fresh and accountable to a changing community.”
Lodato is the education director at Methow Arts Alliance and works for the Methow Valley Nordic Club.
Stewart lives in Bothell, but her family owns a home in Winthrop. She is the director of major and planned giving for Overlake Medical Center Foundation in Bellevue, but has spent more than 20 years working in non-profits, mainly dealing with conservation.
