OMAK Three local schools had students participate in all-state music events last weekend.
From Omak High School, senior McKenzie Ervin sang soprano in the all-state treble choir.
Senior Kennedy Duck and freshman Kodie Duck played clarinet and French horn, respectively, in the all-state wind ensemble.
Bridgeport High School sophomore Celina Martinez sang soprano in the mixed choir.
Pateros senior Bryce Craven played trumpet in the wind symphony and freshman Emily Larsen sang alto in the symphonic choir.
Craven and sophomore flute player Irish Easter both qualified for West International Band Clinic honor bands, Nov. 22-26, music director Jonathan McBride said.
