Notice of Public Hearing
Omak School District requests qualification proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) that describe their capabilities to identify, design, install, maintain, monitor and help explore financing options of a large-scale, comprehensive energy conservation program (an Energy Saving Performance Contracting) which includes the services listed in this proposal. Proposals are due to the district by 1pm on December 6, 2013. Late responses will not be considered. Respondents may pick up the RFP Specification Packet at the Omak School District office located at 619 W Bartlett Ave, Omak, WA 98814 or request an electronic version through the point of contact, Scott Haeberle, Fiscal Administrator at email@example.com, who can also provide additional information pertaining to this solicitation. Any questions, answers, or other updates will be provided to all firms in receipt of the RFP.
