Loomis Double R Ranch was third-largest in registering Angus beef cattle in Washington during fiscal year 2013.
The ranch recorded 250 head with the American Angus Association during the year that ended Sept. 30.
Omak rancher Todd Vejraska ranked as the ninth-largest in registering the most Angus beef, with 84, the association said.
Angus breeders across the nation registered 388,822 head in 2013. The American Angus Association is the nation’s largest beef breed organization, with more than 25,000 members across the U.S., Canada and several other countries.
