OLYMPIA The state Liquor Control Board has set up a website to apply for a license to produce, process or sell marijuana.
However, hopeful retailers won’t be able to apply until Nov. 18. The window for applications will be 30 days.
Applications are subject to state review as well as public comments.
The website, www.liq.
wa.gov/mjlicense/apply_for_a_marijuana_license, also explains the three different licenses and associated fees.
Under the law, Okanogan County could have up to five retailers – four countywide, and one in Omak. The state has allocated one retailer for Ferry County.
