Bonaparte Creek Bank Stabilization SE 2013-15
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Okanogan County Office of Planning and Development approved the above noted project.
The Bonaparte Creek Bank Stabilization project consists of bioengineering methods for improving bank stability and slowing channel incision. A brush mattress is to be installed at the toe of eroding banks along Bonaparte Creek. The brush mattress will consist of apple, willow and evergreen branches. The branches will be held in place by an evergreen log that will be anchored in place by duckbill anchors. Several live stakes will be incorporated into the mattress and other project elements.
The project is located on Bonaparte Creek on parcel 3728311008 within Okanogan County, T. 37, N, R, 28 EWM, S. 31.
