Flores sentenced

Abel Hernandez Flores, 37, pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.

Flores, who committed the crimes Aug. 24, was sentenced to 30 days on the first crime and 365 days with 335 days suspended for five years on the second crime.

Roth sentence suspended

Jacob R. Roth, 32, Tonasket, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to the amended charge of first-degree trespass.

Dismissed was third-degree theft.

Roth was sentenced to 364 days with 363 suspended for two years.

LaGrou sentenced

Antonio Allen LaGrou, 25, Omak, pleaded guilty Oct. 11 to possession of a controlled substance.

LaGrou, who committed the crime Aug. 30, was sentenced to 12 months plus one day.

Griffiths case dismissed

The state dismissed Oct. 7 its case against Gary Henry Griffiths, 81, Okanogan, due to his death.

Griffiths had been charged with first-degree assault.

Lockett charge declined

The state filed Oct. 11 a notice to decline to prosecute Noel Lockett.

Court records indicated the state planned to file in district court.

Russell charged

Kenneth Alan Russell, 29, Tonasket, was charged Oct. 17 with second-degree malicious mischief, which allegedly occurred Oct. 11.

Denison charged

Patrick C. Denison, 30, Tonasket, was charged Oct. 16 with second-degree malicious mischief, which allegedly occurred Oct. 11.

Mischief alleged

William Lee Pearcy, 29, Tonasket, was charged Oct. 16 with second-degree malicious mischief, which allegedly occurred Oct. 11.

Tachell charged

Jeremiah Van Tachell, 22, Omak, was charged Oct. 16 with second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission, which allegedly occurred Oct. 11.

Burglary, theft alleged

Ernesto Ramirez Palomares, 44, Omak, was charged Oct. 16 with second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, which allegedly occurred Oct. 13.

Edwards charged

Shannon D. Edwards, 40, Omak, was charged Oct. 16 with second-degree theft and second-degree vehicle prowl, which allegedly occurred Aug. 20.

Theft, prowling alleged

Chad D. McFarland, 39, Omak, was charged Oct. 16 with second-degree theft and second-degree vehicle prowl, which allegedly occurred Aug. 20.

Harry charged

Wayne Joseph Harry, 26, Omak, was charged Oct. 16 with possession with intent to manufacture or delivery a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Harry allegedly committed the crimes Oct. 12.

Spurgeon charged

Michael l. Spurgeon, 46, Chehalis, was charged Oct. 16 with two counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, which allegedly occurred Oct. 13.
