ANAHEIM, Calif. — Twenty-seven dancers from Okanogan County traveled performed during a patriotic-themed dance concert as a part of Disney’s Performing Arts Youth Programs.

The two performances were at Disneyland’s Big Thunder Ranch Stage and the Backlot Stage at Disney's California Adventure Park from March 31-April 3.

The dancers also participated in a 90-minute dance and musical theater workshop at The Disney Studios with dance and choreography specialist Shelly Nicols.

Under the direction of Lorrie Fraley-Wilson Dance Studios, the dancers learned 10 routines over a period of six months.

Leah Beetchenow choreographed and set three of the 10 numbers. Riley Howell participated as backstage support and management.
