DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

Proponent: City of Brewster of Brewster, Washington

Description of proposal: Adoption of an ordinance amending Title] 7, Chapters 17.04, 17.08, 17.10 and 17.29 of the Brewster Municipal Code entitled “Zoning” (adopted 1965 and as amended thereafter) to make revisions to the General Provisions, Definitions, Use Chart, Standards, Planned Development and Zoning Map.

Location of proposal:The proposal encompasses all properties currently within the Brewster City limits, including Anderson Field (the city airport) and adjoining city-owned property.

Lead Agency: City of Brewster, 105 S. 31C1 Street, P0 Box 340, Brewster, WA 98812

Threshold Determination: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable signjficant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C. 030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. The information is available to the public on request.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date below. Comments must be submitted no later than,2011.
