Notice of Public Hearing:
An application for Development Agreement Modification 2013-1 was submitted by Okanogan View Estates LLC to extend the term of agreement from 10 to 20 years. This would modify the development agreement for property known as Okanogan View Estates (aka Martini Trust Properties 2007 Development Agreement). The property is located south of Okanogan, WA, and borders Highway 20 and B&O North Road. The property totals approximately 1,020 acres, consisting of numerous tax parcels.
In accordance with WAC 197-11-600, the Okanogan County SEPA Responsible Official determined SEPA review for this modification is satisfied by reliance on the final SEPA determinations (MDNS) issued December 21, 2007 and December 31, 2007. Additional SEPA review is not required.
An Open Public Meeting is scheduled by the Board of Okanogan County Commissioners on March 10, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. to consider the modification. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virgina Grainger Administration Building at 123 5th Ave. North, Okanogan, WA 98840. Comments must be submitted in writing or attend the public hearing.
