Omak bowlers pull further in front

— The Omak No. 1 team took 37 out of 40 points and extended its lead in league play to 23 points following competition Sunday at Eastmont Lanes.

Omak holds a commanding 153-130 advantage over second-place Wenatchee, Omak coach Dale Dunckel said.

Jayden Johnson led the team with highs of 245 single game and 613 three-game series, his first-ever 600-plus series.

Omak next competes Jan. 26 at Moses Lake.
