SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM
The City of Omak will be conducting a public hearing on Monday, June 16, 2014, at 7:00 PM in Omak City Hall, 2 North Ash Street, Omak, WA.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public oral or written comments concerning the proposed Six-year Street Transportation Improvement Plan within the City of Omak for the period of 2015 through 2020. CITY OF OMAK NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR
SR 155 / East Omak Pedestrian Improvements
The City of Omak solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil Design. Consultants will be considered for the following project.
The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering and PS&E for SR 155/East Omak Pedestrian Improvements. The proposed improvements consist of construction of 0.10 miles of sidewalk with ADA access, along Omak Avenue (SR 155) from the Omak Visitor Center to the Eastside Park Entrance. Construction of the project is anticipated in 2015.
Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in each firm proposed to project.
Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria:
1) Key personnel; 2) Firm experience with PS & E: 3) Familiarity with relevant codes and standards; 4) Firm experience with environmental planning and permitting process; 5) Past performance with the City of Omak/references.
The City of Omak encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
Please submit FOUR copies of your Statement of Qualifications to: Mr. Todd McDaniel, Public Works Director, City of Omak, 2 North Ash Street, Omak, WA, 98841 by June 26, 2014 not later than 4:00 pm.
