Billie Holden, former owner/broker of All Points Realty in Omak, is the new managing broker.

She has more than 20 years of real estate experience in the Okanogan Country and said she loves the challenge of working with buyers or sellers to help them find their new home.

She serves on the Omak Park Board and is a semi-retired Omak Stampede director.

Jeff Daigneau recently joined the firm.

He worked for 24 years as an airline pilot, traversing the globe. Most flights involved carrying troops and supplies into and out of the Middle East.

Being the captain on a wide-bodied jet means he is very adept and takes great pride in paying attention to detail and handling customers’ needs, Windermere said.

He has lived in Omak for the last 18 years.

Brian Lowary, the third new broker, has a master’s degree in business from Gonzaga University, and has learned the skills and work ethic for excellent client representation, the company said.

“I love the Northwest and the people here. It’s fulfilling to be able to help them with their greatest investments,” he said.

They join Joanne Talmadge, Mary Niemeyer and Kristine Gaffney in the Omak Windermere Office, 540 Riverside Ave.
