Bordner, Cornett, Neely and Lewis win golf tournament

— Mike Bordner, Bill Neely, Mike Cornett and Brian Lewis teamed up for first place at the inaugural Omak Kiwanis Golf Tournament on June 28 at Okanogan Valley Golf Club.

Hunter Fisher, Bailey Fisher, Cameron Daigneau and Larry Talmadge finished second.

Ryan Christoph, Allen Alley, Kyle Richter and Austin Baker finished third.

The Top 3 teams received rounds of golf from the golf course, spokeswoman Nattalie Cariker said.

Lewis carded low gross core and won long drive.

Talmadge was low net.

Baker was second low net.

Lewis Adolph won the longest putt.

Daigneau was closes to the pin.

“Omak Kiwanis greatly appreciates all sponsors, donors, teams, golf course and volunteers coming together to make this fundraiser a success,” Cariker said. “All money raised goes to support youth programs in Omak.”

Nobody won the ATV in the Xtreme Powersports hole-in-one contest of the tournament.
