Furnish labor, materials, and equipment to perform Modernization work at one home on the Colville Indian Reservation near Omak.

1. One (1) Single Family Home #4104, located at the Rocky River Homes subdivision site, approximately 5 miles North of Omak, WA.

2. Furnish Labor and Materials to:

a.Complete wallboard re pair, painting, flooring installation, doors, and trim in unit #4104.

b. Furnish and install new cabinets, pantry, countertops, sinks, faucets, and associated plumbing in unit #4104.

c. Remove existing vinyl siding, trim, and windows and install new windows, new window wraps, new siding, and paint siding and existing soffits and fascia at unit #4104.

The Colville Indian Housing Authority is requesting Proposals to furnish labor and material for the above items as contained in the attached scope of work. The scope of work is available by calling 634-2198 or 634-2175 or e-mailing vince.mcdonald@colvilletribes.com or missy.pakootas@colvilletribes.com. All work and materials will be as shown in the Scope of Work and Provisions to the Contract.

All written proposals must be delivered to the Colville Indian Housing Authority, Capital Improvements Department, Nespelem, Washington NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM, March 18, 2014. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the #4104 Rocky River Road on Tuesday March 11, 2014 at 12:30 PM. Please call Vince at 634-2198 by 3/10/14 at 3:00 PM if planning to attend the meeting.

Faxed copies of proposals are acceptable. Please send all fax replies to (509) 634-2335. Any proposals received after the above time will not be considered and will be returned to the proposer.

All TERO and TOSHA regulations shall be adhered to in the performance of this contract work.

Indian preference will be given in the award of contracts “to the greatest extent feasible” as determined in sec 7(b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Act (25 U.S.C. 450e (b).

Davis Bacon Wage rates will apply to this project.
