(2015-149 March 25) Johnson Family Trust SP 2015-4 Application and SEPA Exemption An application for a short subdivision has been submitted in order to divide 20.04 acres into 3 lots. An existing home is located on Lot 1. The remainder of the property is currently in agriculture although it may be developed in the future. Potable water will be supplied to each lot by a private well located on Lot 1. The property is approximately 2.5 miles south of Twisp, WA and is accessed from Mundy Road. Tax parcel number: 3322270327. The Okanogan County SEPA Responsible Official issued a final SEPA determination identifying this project is exempt from SEPA review in accordance with WAC 197-11.
