NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sarah Spence, who is the owner of the above described property, has filed a Land Use Application and a Zoning Conditional Use Permit application for review to establish and operate a Bed and Breakfast at her place of residence located at 730 West Ridge Drive, Omak WA.
The City of Omak Hearing Examiner will conduct an open record public hearing on the application November 20, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. to be held in the City of Omak City Council Chambers located at 2 North Ash Street, Omak WA 98841.
The City of Omak Building Department, who is the lead agency for this proposal, has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment and it is determined a SEPA checklist is not required under WAC 197-11-800 (6)(i)(ii).
The lead agency will not act on this proposal until after November 18, 2015.
The complete application, related drawings and documentation is available for inspection and/or copies may be obtained by purchase or electronically by request at the City of Omak Building Department, City Hall, during normal business hours.
