Drug bust lands eight people in jail

OROVILLE – Eight people were arrested Thursday after the North Central Washington Narcotics Task Force, Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office, Oroville Police Department, Border Patrol and Drug Enforcement Administration executed three search warrants in town.

Arrested were Christopher Alan Reed, 33, Oroville, delivery of methamphetamine; Dona Castillo Reed, 51, Oroville, possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of firearms; Richard Alan Reed, 55, Oroville, possession of methamphetamine; Kevin Earl Devine, 44, Oroville, delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver; Carrie Marie Leslie, 40, Tonasket, felony warrant for failure to appear on second-degree burglary charge; Sandina Marie Nelson, 21, Oroville, two warrants for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge and failure to appear on an obstruction/resisting arrest charge; and Regina Delores Cook, 54, Oroville/Loomis, delivery of methamphetamine.
