OKANOGAN – Seven local aspiring country music singers will advance to the quarterfinals of the Washington State Nashville Country Star competition.

Local contestants include Jaimee Keenan and Taliegh Bockmann, both Curlew; Jenna Bucsko, Omak; Trinity Wood, Okanogan; Melanie Christensen and Nathan Anderson, both of Tonasket; Sarah Bradshaw, Coulee City.
