TONASKET – Local couple Tryg and Janet Culp will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, July 9 at the Community Cultural Center, 411 S. Western Ave.
A potluck dinner is planned at 5 p.m.
Tryg and Janet have lived most of their lives in the Okanogan Valley, with the exception of 15 years for college and army assignments. They have four children and 8 grandchildren.
Tryg is a 10-year army veteran, retired forester and recently retired from 12 years as a regional director of the Pacific Northwest Trails Association. He has been active in Back Country Horsemen for 16-years.
Janet is a retired nurse and an active member of the Community Cultural Center and Green Okanogan recycling center. They are inviting their friends and families to help them celebrate.
