MOSCOW, Idaho — A former Tonasket resident accused of killing three people changed his plea last Friday in a Latah County Superior Courtroom.
John Lee, 30, had initially entered a not guilty plea on three counts of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated assault, but on Friday he entered an Alford plea. That means he is not admitting to guilt but acknowledging there is enough evidence to convict him of each charge.
