entered in favor of Planet Home Lending, LLC (”Plaintiff ’) against the defendants Unknown Heirs

and Devisees of Harvey J. Godbey, Tracie Godbey aka Tracie Oxford, Mitchell Godbey,

Michael Godbey, Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Mark Godbey, State of Washington, and

Occupants of the Premises (”Defendant “). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property (”Property”) commonly known as 608 Fir

Street, Coulee Dam, WA 99116 for the total sum of $44,627.97 with interest thereon at the rate of

8.250% per annum beginning on December 11, 2015 until satisfied. The Property situated in

Okanogan County, State of Washington, is legally described as:

LOT 39, BLOCK 52, TOWN OF COULEE DAM,

WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE SECOND REVISED OKANOGAN COUNTY ASSESSORS PLAT,

THEREOF FILED IN OKANOGAN COUNTY ON APRIL 21, 1958, UNDER AUDITOR’S FILE NO. 453224, LOCATED

IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 30 EAST, W.M.

THEREFORE, pursuant to RCW 61.12.060, and in the name of the State of Washington,

you are hereby commanded to sell the Property, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in order

to satisfy the Judgment, including post-judgment interest and costs.

have executed the same.
