Michael Godbey, Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Mark Godbey, State of Washington, and
Occupants of the Premises (”Defendant “). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property (”Property”) commonly known as 608 Fir
Street, Coulee Dam, WA 99116 for the total sum of $44,627.97 with interest thereon at the rate of
8.250% per annum beginning on December 11, 2015 until satisfied. The Property situated in
Okanogan County, State of Washington, is legally described as:

WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE SECOND REVISED OKANOGAN COUNTY ASSESSORS PLAT,
