Gaiser’s European Style Provision Inc., a Union, N.J. company is recalling 3,895 pounds of chicken and pork bologna products due to misbranding, undeclared allergens, and being formulated with meat and poultry products that were not federally inspected, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced yesterday.

Twisp man charged with attempted robbery

OKANOGAN – Christopher B. Durgin, 32, Twisp was charged with six counts, including attempted robbery, after an incident at an Omak business on Sept. 28 in which Durbin allegedly threatened the life of an employee, a customer and police officers.
