Local fans wait for 'The Last Jedi'

Not even cold weather could keep local “Star Wars” fans from lining up at the Omak Theater Thursday morning in anticipation of an advanced screening of “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” The film will be shown at 7 p.m. tonight at 108 N. Main St.

CENTER STAGE: OVOC brings great performance

Saturday brought a stellar show to the Omak Performing Arts Center as the Okanogan Valley Orchestra and Chorus hosted its annual holiday concert. Never before have I been more impressed with this fine group of musicians as I was with their latest performance.
