PUBLIC NOTICE
The Colville Tribes Land Use Review Board will be holding a public hearing to make a ruling on the following Land Use and Development/Shoreline applications for conditional or special uses and variances:
1. Mr. Dale Brashears has submitted a land use and development permit application to construct a 24' x 30' storage shop with a 12' x 30' open sided lean to attached to one side on his property located in the Moses Meadows area. The property is situated within Township 34, Range 30, Section 9 on fee property associated with Okanogan County parcel number 3430090001 containing 57.5 acres more or less and is within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation. This property is zoned as forest designation under the Tribes Land Use and Development Code, Chapter 4.3 which allows this type of use associated with forest production.
A public hearing for the above mentioned Land Use/Shoreline Development Permit Applications will be conducted on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Colville Tribal Credit conference room on the Colville Indian Agency Campus starting at 9 a.m.. Written comments will be accepted until July 20, 2008 at 4 p.m. or comments can be made verbally at the public hearing. All comments may be sent to Pete Palmer, Land Use/Shoreline Administrator, P.O.
