Condotta plans telephonic meeting with constituents
EAST WENATCHEE - Rep. Cary Condotta, R-East Wenatchee, will take advantage of new technology to bring 12th District residents together for a community call from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 30.
People can participate by calling 1 (866) 447-5149, then entering PIN 13593, according to Condotta's office.
"Families are incredibly busy and this technology is an easy way for to connect with me without leaving home," said Condotta. "I want to make sure I hear from as many folks in our district as possible as I work on interim projects that will benefit our communities and state."
Condotta said he encourages everyone to call in and participate in the two-way conversation. The 2008 legislative session ended March 13, and Condotta said he hopes call participants will offer him feedback on critical issues debated in the Legislature that impact the 12th District.
The district includes part of Okanogan County.
"I hope to determine the priorities of the district to begin working on legislation for 2009," said Condotta. "The best legislation comes from our citizens who see a need or face a problem and offer solutions to fix it."
Those who cannot participate in the call can send comments and questions to Condotta's district office at 3031 G.S. Center Road, Wenatchee 98801. He can be reached at 664-1274.
