Cherry Fiesta features parade, fireworks

     OSOYOOS, B.C. - The 60th annual Cherry Fiesta, the annual Osoyoos Canada Day celebration begins with a pancake breakfast from 7-11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1.
     A parade starts at 11 a.m. Entertainment, food, crafts and kids' activities are planned at Gyro Beach. An Elks beer garden is planned from noon-10 p.m.
     Festivities wind up with a free fireworks show at dusk, around 10 p.m.
