A 57-year-old Nespelem man suffered a broken left arm, broken right foot and chest injury July 12 about 11 miles south of Omak.
Samuel Wak Wak, who was wearing a seatbelt, was southbound on Highway 155 around 11:15 p.m. when his pickup truck left the road to the right.
He overcorrected to the left, and then overcorrected back to the right, said a State Patrol accident memo, which said his pickup left the road and rolled down an embankment.
LifeLine Ambulance transported Wak Wak to Mid-Valley Hospital in Omak where he was airlifted to Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane.
His pickup truck was destroyed.
