Okanogan to host district volleyball starting Saturday
District VI volleyball will open with Tonasket taking on Brewster in a loser-out match at 11 a.m. this Saturday, Nov. 1, at Okanogan High School.
The match will be followed by Okanogan and Cashmere battling at 1 p.m. in another loser out match.
The winner of the Tonasket and Brewster match will take on Cascade at 3 pm.
The winner of the Okanogan and Cashmere match will take on Chelan a 5 p.m.
District will continue Nov. 6 at Okanogan with the district championship planned for 6 p.m. in Dawson Gym. The winner receives a berth to state.
Losers of the semi-final matches (last matches on Saturday) will play at 6 p.m. Nov. 6 in the junior high gym. The loser will take on the loser of the championship match at 8 p.m. in Dawson Gym for seeding to crossover matches against Northeast 1A League teams Nov. 8 at Moses Lake High School.
