Elise R. Miller, a passenger in the vehicle, died at the scene, according to a Washington State Patrol accident memo.
     Mark A. Miller, 53, was southbound and braked for a southbound truck and his car skidded on the wet roadway, according to the report.
     The vehicle struck the southbound guardrail, crossed both lanes and struck the northbound guardrail, vaulted the rail, rolled over and came to rest on its passenger side, the report continued.
     The northbound lane was blocked by emergency vehicles for about four hours.
     Mark Miller was taken by ambulance to the Lake Chelan Community Hospital, Chelan, with fractured ribs and a punctured lung, according to the report.
     The vehicle was destroyed.
     Both people were using restraints.
