A Brewster man received a head injury when the SUV h was driving rolled over on Highway 97A about three miles north of Chelan about 9:40 a.m. Nov. 9, according to the Washington State Patrol.
     Julio L. Ruiz, 26, was heading north when his vehicle went off the road to the left, struck an embankment and rolled over at milepost 239.
     The vehicle was destroyed. It's not known if he was wearing a seatbelt, according to the patrol report.
     Ruiz was transported by aid car to Lake Chelan Community Hospital, Chelan.
