Laser Light Show postponed for upgrade work

     GRAND COULEE – The Laser Light Show at Grand Coulee Dam has been postponed indefinitely because of mechanical difficulties, according to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.
     Equipment used to run the show, which plays on the face of the dam, is being upgraded.
     The visitor center, with interactive exhibits, will be open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. starting today, May 23.
     A guided walking tour on top of the forebay dam will be available from 10a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
     In addition, the Grand Coulee community is holding Memorial Day activities this weekend. More information is at www.grandcouleedam.org.
