Some file for office on first day
     OKANOGAN – Several candidates filed for election to non-partisan position during the first day of filing June 1.
     Filing continues through June 5 at the Okanogan County Auditor’s Office.
     An extended filing period of June 10-12 will be offered for any offices that draw no candidates during the regular filing period.
     First-day filers include:
     Hospital District No. 3 (Mid-Valley) – Gary H. Oestreich, position No. 1.
     Town of Conconully – Sam Martin, mayor. Donald G. Smith, council position No. 1.
