CONCONULLY - If you felt a bit uneasy May 25 it may have been due to a micro earthquake near here.
A 1.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 7:39:40 p.m. May 25 about three miles north northeast of Conconully, the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network reported.
The hypocentral depth was .4 mile for the quake, which also was listed as 12 miles northwest of Riverside.
The exact coordinates of the quake were 48 degrees 36.1 minute North (48.602 North), 119 degrees, 44.0 minutes West (119.733 West).
