MOUNT TOLMAN - Fireworks will be allowed only in designated areas on the Colville Indian Reservation, and only on July 4.
     According to tribal officials, designated areas are:
     - Nespelem - Buffalo Lake Reynolds Resort, Owhi Lake, Gua Point and the first campsite on the east side and the agency ball fields.
     - Omak Lake - Nicholson and Baines beaches only.
     - Keller - Ferry landing, Keller Park and San Poil Bay Park.
     - Inchelium - Round Lake, ball fields and Rainbow Beach Resort and Log Cabin Resort only at Twin Lakes.
     Private property owners can light fireworks on their lands, but will be liable for any damage to other lands, officials said.
     Fireworks can be lit all day July 4 until 11:59 p.m.
