TWISP – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on state Highway 20.
Driver Jack C. Johnson, 86, Curlew, complained of chest pain and was taken by ambulance to Okanogan-Douglas District Hospital, Brewster, the Washington State Patrol said.
A passenger, Veva E. Rathbun, 89, Mount Vernon, received possible abrasions and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The second driver, Martha C. Steenberg, 28, Twisp, received a broken left foot, the patrol said. She was taken by ambulance to Mid-Valley Hospital, Omak.
The accident occurred three-quarters of a mile west of Twisp when the vehicles collided in the westbound lane, the patrol said.
