DISAUTEL - A car and brush truck responding to the blaze south of Nespelem crashed Sept. 16 about five miles north of Disautel on state Highway 155.
Fawn J. Abrahamson, 34, Malott, was northbound near Haley Creek Road around 10:30 p.m. when she allegedly lost control of her vehicle and collided with a southbound truck driven by Ryan F. Anderson, 21, Tonasket, the Washington State Patrol said.
The Washington State Patrol reported that drugs or alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
Abrahamson and a passenger in Anderson's truck, Jeffrey A. Chambers, 54, Loon Lake, were injured and transported by LifeLine Ambulance to Mid-Valley Hospital, Omak.
Anderson was not injured. He and Chambers were using seat belts. It was not known if Abrahamson used a seat belt, the patrol said.
Abrahamson told emergency responders at the scene that she had a 15-year-old girl with her at the time of the crash.
Although the first witnesses arriving on-scene did not report seeing anybody else, emergency personnel searched the area for the presumed missing teen, but did not find her.
Both vehicles were destroyed.
