BRIDGEPORT - A Brewster man was injured when his car left state Highway 173 a mile north of Bridgeport on Sept. 25.
     Omar Basurto-Lira, 25, was northbound when his vehicle went off the road to the right and came to rest in the ditch around 9:23 p.m., the Washington State Patrol said.
     Basurto-Lira, who suffered facial lacerations, was transported by ambulance to Okanogan-Douglas District Hospital, Brewster.
     His car was destroyed.
