EAST WENATCHEE - Three people were injured Oct. 24 in a two-vehicle crash 1.5 miles north of East Wenatchee on state Highway 2.
     Andrew F. Kostenko, 32, East Wenatchee, was westbound about 11:30 p.m. on Blue Grade Steet and Tyler J. McIntosh, 19, Bridgeport, was eastbound on the highway. They collided in the intersection, the Washington State Patrol said.
     Kostenko received a head injury and was taken to Central Washington Hospital, Wenatchee.
     McIntosh was not injured.
     Lizbet Lopez, 16, Bridgeport, received a knee injury and Edgar A. Navarro, 20, Bridgeport, received a back injury, the patrol said. Both were passengers in McIntosh's vehicle and were taken to Central Washington Hospital.
     All those in McIntosh's vehicle wore seat belts. It's unknown if Kostenko was wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.
     Both cars were destroyed.
