Wenatchee woman wins garden club quilt

     TONASKET - Leanna Compton, Wenatchee, won a queen-sized quilt raffled by the Tonasket Garden Club.
     The winning ticket was drawn at the Tonasket Community Cultural Center Christmas bazaar in December by the grandsons of club member Peggy Swanberg.
     Compton bought her winning ticket at the Omak Stampede parade in August.
     The quilt was made by the garden club president Reva Eisenbarth and Patty Harris. Intricate machine stitching was done by Cheryl Parsons, Bridgeport.
