REPUBLIC - Charges against one Inchelium juvenile were dismissed, while a second youth facing charges in the same case pleaded not guilty in Ferry County Superior Court Jan. 22.
Charges against Donnellie Villegas, 16, were dismissed without prejudice, which means they may be re-filed at a later date.
Brandon Pachosa, 14, pleaded not guilty to residential burglary and second-degree malicious mischief stemming from a Dec. 18 incident.
An Inchelium man reported that his house had been broken into and vandalized late Dec. 18, but that he had recordings of two individuals breaking into his home, according to court papers.
The next day he left his home for several hours, and when he returned he discovered that someone had been in the house again and had taken the card with the evidence from his camera, documents said.
