OMAK – Seniors 60 years old and older with diabetes are invited to dinners Sept. 17 and 24 to demonstrate and share healthy recipes.
Dining with Diabetes will be from 3-5 p.m. both nights at the Omak Senior Center, 214 N. Juniper. The event is free and will include recipes, cooking demonstrations, taste testing and more, an announcement from Aging and Adult Care of Central Washington said.
