OKANOGAN – A couple high school football games were moved to Okanogan tonight, Sept. 21, due to smoke where the games were originally scheduled.
Manson will play Liberty Bell at 5 p.m. on the Okanogan High School field, 255 S. Fifth Ave.
The game was moved from the Mountain Lions field due to smoke from nearby fires.
There also was smoke on Manson’s field, Athletic Director Ken Nelson said.
Cashmere will play Chelan around 7:30 p.m., also due to smoke in Chelan where the game originally was scheduled.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for students for both games.
“I would like to thank the Okanogan School District for making their facility available to us at no cost,” Liberty Bell Athletic Director Mike Wilson said. “Very neighborly.”
