Keller Ferry out of service

     KELLER - The Martha S, the ferry plies the Columbia River and links state Highway 21 near Keller, will be out of service for at least four hours.
     The Keller Ferry is 13 miles north of Wilbur.
     The road is fully blocked, the Washington State Patrol said.
